Not allowed
- It is not allowed to take towels and other inventory out of the apartment.
- It is not allowed to use the barbecue on the balcony.
- Parties/events are not allowed.
Cancellation/prepayment
Guest can cancel free of charge up to 60 days before arrival.
To confirm the reservation, it is necessary to pay 30% in advance. After we have recorded your payment, the reservation will be confirmed, and we will send you a reservation confirmation.
Identification
Upon arrival, submit the registration documents immediately. The reservation must be paid for on the first day of arrival.
Payment method
Bank transfer for prepayment, cash in € for full balance.
- Guests have access to a courtyard with a swimming pool, barbecue and outdoor shower.
- A baby cot is available upon request.
- The apartment owner is not responsible for your property, so please close the windows and balcony doors when you are not in the apartment.
- In case of bad weather, you must close the windows, doors and blinds.
- Use the air conditioning only when you are in the apartment, and the windows must be closed; otherwise, turn off the air conditioning.
